A luxurious 2 bedroom loft apartment with a private balcony with B.B.Q. and seating, benefiting from an east facing view of the courtyard and the Three Sisters mountain range. The traditional furnishings and artistic touches gives this apartment the feeling of a bygone era.

The apartment sleeps up to 7 people. The upstairs bedroom has a 6ft. wide King size bed, which can be split into 3ft. singles and has an en-suite shower room. The downstairs bedroom has a 5ft.Queen size bed and is in close proximity to the second bathroom . There is a 5ft. Queen sofa-bed and a 3ft single sofa-bed in the Living Room.

The apartment is fully equipped and finished to an exceptionally high standard which includes a 42” plasma screen TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo in the living room. There is an LCD flat screen TV, DVD-VHS player and Microsoft X-Box in the downstairs bedroom.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge-freezer incorporating an ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, full sized dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer.
